The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK is the main software product of Smart Systems Technology LLC. With the license number 05/R-26 issued on 11.07.2000 by the Copyright Agency of Azerbaijan Republic, Smart Systems Technology LLC has obtained a copyright of its own product – The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK.
System is based on Oracle 12c VBS database. Oracle 12c version allows usage of the saved reserve database for search purpose thus providing the prevention of main base overloading and increasing speed. With its Flashback Data Archive feature Oracle 12c version allows control of operations for any time interval. All the executed operations within this time interval can be followed step by step.
It is a system written to run the Accounting of Enterprises. Registration of Accounting transactions, operations and standard reports, tax reports, balance and other operations function in an automated way. It has been successfully applied in some large financial institutions of the Republic, such as H. Aliyev fund, State Oil Company, Mortgage Fund of Azerbaijan and etc.
SMART HR Automated Personnel Management Software System is a flexible and constantly upgrading system that can be presented in a few more languages besides the native Azerbaijani language, operates in real-time mode, meeting the instructions provided by the legislation, specific requirements of user organizations and contemporary standards. Developed by JPA technology it has the ability to be applied to any proper database.
Reporting is rapidly obtaining any kind of reports especially large ones. Saving gradually increasing data and ongoing operations in the databases (carrying out various transactions, correspondence transactions, searching etc. – briefly any kind of operations) makes the database be overloaded and influences the speed and efficiency. Therefore necessity of creating a Data Ware House (DWH) arises.
In the Administration section menu is set and valued. Menu is set under different codes like food, beverages etc. These codes are also divided into different types. Tables are added. In the User section a receipt (debt) is set for any table based on customer orders. Depending on customers request the formed sum can be added on the debt for room or paid in cash/by cards, with a certain interest or as complimentary.
