Reporting is rapidly obtaining any kind of reports especially large ones. Saving gradually increasing data and ongoing operations in the databases (carrying out various transactions, correspondence transactions, searching etc. – briefly any kind of operations) makes the database be overloaded and influences the speed and efficiency. Therefore necessity of creating a Data Ware House (DWH) arises. Reporting database can be created in various forms. They are possible in both physically and virtually existing servers. Details of the Reporting Database are defined depending on written form of the data, structural architecture of the databases, technical requirements for them, data transmission technology, inquiry combinations by the sources they are used at and a number of other issues.

Operating principle covers calculation of any data or dataset by different features (function, view, procedure) and putting the output into the proper cells of the Excel sheet.
