The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK is the main software product of Smart Systems Technology LLC. With the license number 05/R-26 issued on 11.07.2000 by the Copyright Agency of Azerbaijan Republic, Smart Systems Technology LLC has obtained a copyright of its own product – The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK.

In comparison with other in-home and foreign software products, some of the main advantages of The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK are that the system can be presented in a few more languages besides the native Azerbaijani language, operates in real-time mode which means ‘ONLINE BALANCE’ can anytime be obtained. It is a versatile and developing program which meets the requirements of contemporary standards and instructions of The Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic and user banks.

• New operation-oriented Customer Service module.
  With the new version The Automated Banking System SMART-BANK Customer Service module has completely been renovated and the approach changed. Now a bank operator will not deal with customer accounts. They will execute routine operations with concrete operation types. Operation types will be regulated by adjustment settings. This new method to be applied will put an end to the user faults doing routine operations without an accounting knowledge.
• System is based on Oracle 11g VBS database; 12g VBS also available
  Oracle 11g version allows usage of the saved reserve database for search purpose thus providing the prevention of main base overloading and increasing speed.
  With its Flashback Data Archive feature Oracle 11g version allows control of operations for any time interval. All the executed operations within this time interval can be followed step by step. Unlike 10g version a broader time interval can be given in Oracle 11g version.
  Compared to 10g Oracle 11g manages 26% less in time and 31% less in steps. Considering every day database volume increases the new system has new data compression methods which provide more information storage in the database. The system supports UNICODE;
• The system supports IBAN that meets the requirements of the Central Bank:
  As it is known, appropriate changes related with the practice of IBAN have been made in the system as one of the latest projects of the Central Bank. Now it is possible to open bank accounts according to IBAN automatically, restore them in the database, check the accounts by IBAN structure and reflect them in the reports
• System operates in real-time mode:
  Operating in a single base (that means all the operations of the branches are united in a single base), the system totally provides control over the activities of the bank in a complete real-time mode and allows you to get a balance of the bank any time.
  Real-time mode operation of the system is a great advantage for the user. As the user can see the given operations, get the balance, real turnovers and other reports at once. As a result of real-time operating of the system, it is possible to give special rights or restrictions to the users.
  The system has ample opportunities, comprises various modules which cover all the fields of bank activities and automation of department work. The modules are mentioned below.
