SMART HR Automated Personnel Management Software System is a flexible and constantly upgrading system that can be presented in a few more languages besides the native Azerbaijani language, operates in real-time mode, meeting the instructions provided by the legislation, specific requirements of user organizations and contemporary standards. Developed by JPA technology it has the ability to be applied to any proper database. It supports the International character-encoding system UNICODE.
SMART HR is an automated management system that includes many features such as general database of employees, establishment of the internal structure and division of employees systematically into departments, institutions etc. in accordance with their structures, internal search by various categories, giving full and prompt information about each employee, setting up a salary structure in accordance with the requirements of the enterprise, setting up the data, structure of the institution, staff scheduling, data archiving and carries out many other functions.
Full structure of institutions and arrangement of their employees are reflected in the system.

Identification: | Personality identifying data –Surname, Name, Patronymic, Gender, Birthdate, Country of Birth, Place of Birth, Nationality, Social background ID card- ID serial number, ID number, Issued by, Issue date, Marital status, Blood type, Height, Eye color, Photo Contacts - Home Address, Home phone number, Work phone number, Mobile, Fax, Е-mail etc. |
