Automatic pricing
Price structures can be formed according to individual or group (company, tour agencies) guests. Multi staged pricing facilitates the management and increases the profitability. Prices and room types can be limited depending on room occupancy rate, arrivals and departures etc.
Smart Booking functionality
Users who make reservations by Smart Hotel can easily perform following complex operations:
- Division of guest debts and payments into 8 different receipts.
- Room sharing.
- Interest discounts on prices.
- Incidental deposit requirements and penalties for booking cancellations.
- Bookings can be changed or cancelled until the arrival date.
- It is possible find prices, room types, room occupations and periodic packages in the system
- Company/ Tour Agency bookings and arranging them on behalf of the guest.
Reports
Smart Hotel suggests numerous reports for performance analyzing and management. General Report (general sale and payment reports of a Hotel, Restaurant, Laundry and various services), Detailed report, Q-rooms reports and etc.
Smart Hotel Customer Information System
This system saves and manages profile information of guests, tour agencies, companies and groups in a central database. This profile information can be easily obtained from Smart Hotel, Smart Restaurant, Laundry and other services.
Profile relations for pricing attitudes and commissions.
For guests to receive the fixed prices, relations between guests and companies, agencies and various sources are recorded in guest’s profile and bookings. Personal or company debts, agency commissions are automatically calculated
Cashbox
Cash that is received from customers by cash right given users (booking, services etc. by the administrator) is automatically collected in cashbox. Daily reports of users are printed and presented to the manager together with the cash.
General Cashbox
It controls the cashboxes. Displays the instant amount of the cash collected in cashboxes. Manager can make income and expenditure operations with the cash received from the staff and cashboxes. All the operations are reflected in the report of current day.
In the Administration section menu is set and valued. Menu is set under different names like food, beverages etc. Items under these names can be formed in any structure by restaurant, bar and other managers. Table numbers of the restaurant are entered and formed.
In the User section a receipt (debt) is set for any table based on customer orders. Depending on customers request the formed amount can be added on the debt of room or paid in cash/by cards, with a certain interest or as complimentary. A copy of the receipt is printed in the kitchen.
New Services
Any number of services can be added to the system. Administrator and user types of the services form automatically. Administrator creates new users under those types. Services are formed in any structure and they are given values.
Debts formed for the services customers made a use of can be added to room debts, paid in cash/by card, with a certain interest or as complimentary.
Companies and Tour Agencies.
Dealing with companies and tour agencies is established on the basis of agreements. Room prices, discounts, commissions etc. are specified in these agreements. And based on them company debts of guests and commissions of agencies form automatically.
